A new feature in SNAP allows all of us to create resource lists and share them! It’s really powerful and the collection is starting to build.
A video at GPAEA TV shows you how it works – http://bit.ly/GPResourceLists
Some practical examples -
- A teacher could create a list of video clips and documents and share with other teachers by including their emails in the share section.
- A student could create a list of items (ebooks, digital video, print books, etc.) they needed for reading or research and share with teacher or teacher librarian for ordering. Those included in the Share email, simply log into SNAP and select their RESOURCE LISTS: Shared Lists to view. Items are ready to put into their cart or access immediately if they are digital resources.
- Public Lists are shared with all teachers in GPAEA. You can see some sample lists here: http://podcast.gpaea.k12.ia.us/groups/gpaeamedia/wiki/e4fc8/New.html
